Refreshed Website, New App Launching Oct. 11
CCS is excited to announce that our newly refreshed website and mobile app will be launching at 7 p.m. on Friday, October 11. During this time, the website will experience some brief downtime as the CCS Technology team completes the transition.

You will still be able to access the district’s website at ccs.k12.nc.us, but the new site will be powered by the Thrillshare platform, which will be mobile-friendly, user-friendly, and ADA-compliant.

Through the new CCS mobile app, you will be able to stay informed about what’s happening in our schools to include:

  • Viewing the latest announcements

  • Accessing staff contact information

  • Checking upcoming events

  • Finding important documents

If you haven't already, be sure to download the app! The free CCS app will be available from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

REMINDER re: Infinite Campus Rollout - Parent Portal Activation Postponed
Cumberland County Schools would like to provide an important update regarding the rollout of Infinite Campus, our new student information system. We have made the decision to further delay the activation of the Campus Parent portal to October 15, 2024. This extension is necessary to ensure a smooth and successful implementation across the district. In the meantime, families are encouraged to utilize the Campus Student portal, which is currently available, for checking assignments and tracking student progress. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your child’s school for support.
